Taco Salad & Nacho's - Vegetarian Style

This Recipe is from Jodi Gardner
  • 1 pkg. Morning Star Farms Recipe Grillers (or 1lb. of beef for carnivores)
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 can Mexicorn (yes, it really is called that)
  • 1 can sliced olives
  • Cheese
  • Chips
  • Romaine lettuce (don't bother with the iceberg, it is just greenish water)
Heat the "meat", mix in the chili beans, mexicorn, and olives (this will be referred to as the "Meat Mixture" in future recipes).
Mix with the lettuce, chips, cheese, salsa, sour cream...
Enjoy!!

Nachos
Use leftover "Meat Mixture", cheese, refried beans, chips... in layers
Heat in over until cheese is melted and bubbly- you used your leftovers!!
