This is the salad I made for Thanksgiving. It is pretty similar to the one posted by the Willardsons.
Serves about 15-20 people.
2 bags baby spinach (or 1 Costco bag)
½ red onion, chopped
Won tons, cut into strips, fried
2 small cartons (or 1 large carton) of strawberries, sliced
1 C. candied pecans
1/2 C. feta cheese
½ C. red wine vinegar
¾ C. canola oil
½ tsp. dry mustard
1/3 C. sugar
1 tsp. salt
¾ C. Kathy's homemade Boysenberry jam (You can use store bought if you need to, but it won't taste as good) :)
Toss all salad ingredients together.
Combine dressing and shake it up. Add the dressing to the salad right before serving.
