Two Pepper Pizza

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
2 teaspoons olive oil
½ teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 (1 oz) package ranch salad dressing seasoning mix
1 pizza crust
2 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Cook peppers, onions, and mushrooms in hot oil over medium-high until lightly browned. Stir in oregano, set aside.Combine ricotta cheese and salad dressing. Spread over pizza crust. Arrange pepper mixture and tomatoes over cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.Bake at 450 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
