FISH TACOS (white sauce)

The trick to really good fish tacos is the fish and the white sauce. We can buy great fish that is fried right at the grocery store while we wait. This sauce is REALLY good. Very easy summer meal.

White Sauce:
fresh lime juice
½ cup yogurt
½ cup mayonnaise
1 jalapeno chili
½ teaspoon - crushed oregano
½ teaspoon - ground cumin
½ teaspoon - dried, crushed dill
½ teaspoon - ground cayenne chile
ground white pepper to taste

First mix the first three ingredients, aiming for a slightly runny consistency. Dice the jalapeno as finely as possible and add it along with the remaining ingredients.

In a warm corn tortilla we add a piece of fried fish, sauce, finely shredded cabbage and a squeeze of lime. super yummy
