
CRUST:
24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed1/4 c. butter, melted
FILLING:1/4 c. green Creme de Menthe1 lg. jar Marshmallow Creme2 c. heavy cream, whipped (lower fat option can be 2 pkgs. Dream Whip, whipped or 16 oz. Cool Whip)
Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press into 9" spring pan or regular pie pan. Reserve 1/2 cup to sprinkle on top of finished pie.
Add creme de menthe to marshmallow creme. Mix until blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with crumbs, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Freeze for several hours.
