This is definitely one of my and Andrew's favorite meals. I got this from an awesome lady in my family's ward. I love Relief Society! :)
-Cut 3 to 5 Chicken breasts into strips. Dip into one beaten egg and then into flour. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Brown in oil. When brown, place chicken strips into a 13x9 in. pan.
Boil:
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c pineapple juice
1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
4 Tbsp. Ketchup1 tsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
-Stir mixture with whisk until the mixture boils. Pour over browned chicken and bake at 350 deg. for 30 min. Turn chicken over after 15 min.

No problem. Sorry, some friends were requesting that I put more recipes on my other recipe site so I did it real quick. I wasn't abandoning the family site I promise! :) By the way, I LOVE this blog! I use it so much! :) Thanks!
