- Skinless, boneless chicken breasts, one per person
- Jar of pesto sauce, may need two jars if you make as much as we did
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- parmesan cheese
Bake 20-25 min. at 350 until no longer pink inside. Top with sliced tomatoes (we used canned) and 2 tab. mozzarella sprinkled on top of each chicken breast. Bake 3-5 min. more until cheese is melted.
Alternative directions: Pesto, cheeses can be mixed together and spread on top of each breast, when done add tomatoes and mozzarella.
This is a good company dish as it looks very festive and special.
