Strawberry spinach Salad

Spinach Strawberry Salad

2 bags baby spinach
½ C. fresh bacon bits
½ red pepper, chopped
½ red onion, chopped
Fried won tons
1 ½ C. sliced strawberries
¼ C. Parmesan cheese
1 C. candied pecans or slivered almonds

Dressing:
½ C. red wine vinegar
¾ C. canola oil
½ tsp. dry mustard
1/3 C. sugar
1 tsp. salt
¾ C. strawberry jam

Prepare bacon, won tons, nuts, cheese, spinach, onion, and pepper. Combine dressing in shaker. Add dressing to salad just prior to serving.
For dinner salad, add a chicken breast or chicken tenders.
