Rolly-Ups (Danish Crepes)

2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 Tbs. oil
2 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp salt
4 eggs

Topping of choice: Brown sugar and butter, blueberries and sour cream, whipped cream & fresh fruit, Apples or pears sauteed in butter Or Nutella.

1. Mix all of the ingredients in the blender. Coat the bottom of a skillet with butter or pam, heat.
2. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan. Spread the batter out thinly with a spatula.
3. Flip when lightly brown.
