Spicy Pumpkin Pancakes

If you like pumpkin pie you will LOVE these pancakes, delicious served with warm maple syrup.


2 1/3 c Bisquick
1/3 c canned pumpkin
1 1/4 c milk
2 T sugar
1/4 tsp. each cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger
2 eggs

Mix together and cook.
Hint: Since you will have canned pumpkin left over, my suggestion is to freeze in 1/3 c amounts until you make the pancakes again. And my guess is you will!
