This is a yummy, healthy meal and I wish I had taken a picture of it to show you but I ate it instead.
5-6 chicken breasts
1 apple, diced
1/2 cup Craisins
1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds
Bottle of poppyseed dressing (Brianna's works great)
Whole wheat pita pockets
Boil the chicken and shred into small pieces after it's cooked. Put in a medium sized bowl. Core the apple and dice into small pieces. Add to chicken. Add craisins and sunflower seeds and pour dressing over until everything is well coated. Stuff into a pita. Makes about 6 servings.
