Feta Chicken Bake

This goes really well with the Greek Salad I posted. It is easy and looks impressive.

2 Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 lemons, quartered
feta cheese
diced red pepper
diced fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 350. Arrange chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish. Drizzle both sides with one of the lemons. Season with salt and pepper. Top with feta cheese; drizzle with remaining lemon. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle with red pepper and parsley before serving. Serve with Greek Salad and rice.
