That Good Salad

I got the recipe from a friend, it is her title. It is really GOOD!
Note: I toast the almonds in the same pan after I cook the bacon. Yummy bacon grease!

2 bunches romaine lettuce
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup Swiss cheese
1 cup slivered almonds, toasted in a cast-iron pan
½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
8 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
1 cup Caesar salad croutons


¾ cup good olive oil
¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cloves minced garlic
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper

Serves 12
