Hot Fudge Sundae Cake

1cup all-purpose flour
1/2cup granulated sugar
2tablespoons baking cocoa
2teaspoons baking powder
1/2teaspoon salt
1/2cup milk
2tablespoons vegetable oil
1teaspoon vanilla
1/2cup chopped nuts
3/4cup packed brown sugar
1/4cup baking cocoa
1 1/2cups hot water

Preheat oven to 350.
In a 9 x 9 inch pan, mux together flour, sugar, 2 T cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
Add oil, vanilla, and milk.
Once mixed, sprinkle brown sugar and the 1/4 c cocoa over the top.  Put the cake into the oven, then pour the hot water over the top.

Bake for 40 minutes, then let stand for 10 minutes,
Serve while still warm with vanilla ice cream.
