Cheese Cake

This is the best cheese cake ever.

1 1/2 pkg graham crackers (18 crackers or 1/2 a box) crushed
1 cup butter (at room temp)
Pack tightly into spring form pan - don't bake

2 8oz pkg cream cheese (at room temp)
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
The recipe says you can add 2 cups of berries at this point but I never have.
Mix together - pour into crust and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Cool for 1 hour.

TOPPING
1 pint sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Mix. Pour over cheesecake. Bake at 375 for 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh berries, shaved chocolate, etc
