Pancakes with the nutty taste of wheat. This is a easy recipe Scott brought back from his mission in Canada. Great use of food Storage Wheat!
- 1 cup milk,
- 3/4 cup whole kernel wheat
- 2 eggs
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- In blender mix milk and wheat on high for 4 minutes.
- After wheat is completely broken turn blender on low and add remaining ingredients and blend well.
- Pour onto preheated grittle and cook.
