Scott's Whole Wheat Blender Pancakes

Pancakes with the nutty taste of wheat. This is a easy recipe Scott brought back from his mission in Canada. Great use of food Storage Wheat!


  • 1 cup milk,
  • 3/4 cup whole kernel wheat
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tsp. baking powder


  1. In blender mix milk and wheat on high for 4 minutes.
  2. After wheat is completely broken turn blender on low and add remaining ingredients and blend well.
  3. Pour onto preheated grittle and cook.
